You are responsible for help shaping the brand of Leeasia Shanell Hair Boutique by being an influence, blogger, advocate, ambassador and fan. In this role you will serve as the face and voice of our company, build brand recognition, and successfully promote our products. You will communicate and engage with customers both online and offline, in meaningful ways to increase our company's brand awareness and add and generate new sale opportunities. You will be hired to represent the brand in a positive light and remain loyal to the Brand. This should be accomplished  by doing the following:

3. Conversion

Compelling people to buy for the first time and become paying customers.
